A KoSIT validation report names rule identifiers and XPath expressions. The (e)Invoice Validation Explainer turns that into something readable: it assigns every finding to its EN 16931 term, explains the rule violation in plain language and puts the actual value next to it.
Four levels, from the verdict down to the single line. At the very top you see where you stand: rejected with an error count, or accepted. Any notices — for instance that a report could only be read in part — deliberately sit above the verdict, not below it.
Both report formats are read, XML as well as HTML. Processing runs on your own server, and only briefly.
Included: the complete EN 16931 core rule set in CII and UBL, plus XRechnung.

Ein KoSIT-Prüfbericht nennt Regel-Kennungen und XPath-Ausdrücke. Der (e)Invoice Validation Explainer macht daraus etwas Lesbares: Er ordnet jede Fundstelle ihrer EN-16931-Kennung zu, erklärt den Regelverstoß in Klartext und stellt den tatsächlichen Wert daneben.
Vier Ebenen, vom Urteil bis zur einzelnen Zeile. Ganz oben steht, woran man ist: abgelehnt mit Fehlerzahl, oder angenommen. Etwaige Hinweise – etwa dass ein Bericht nur teilweise gelesen werden konnte – stehen bewusst über dem Urteil, nicht darunter.
Gelesen werden beide Berichtsformate, XML wie HTML. Die Verarbeitung läuft auf Ihrem Server, und dort auch nur kurz.
