eInvoice Validator for KoSIT brings the official KoSIT validator that you have installed on your server to your WordPress page. You add a shortcode, a short placeholder in the page content, and colleagues, customers or suppliers can check e-invoices themselves, with no command line and no Java know-how.
The visitor drops an e-invoice XML file onto the page. The plugin checks it against the official scenario configurations of KoSIT (the German Coordination Office for IT Standards), which contain the official validation rules for each format, and shows the validation report. In Germany, the KoSIT validator is the usual benchmark that invoice recipients check e-invoices against.
You decide what your visitors see: the validator’s original report or an easy-to-read version in plain language. The Java check runs in the background without holding your visitors up.
Free of charge. Invoices are checked on your own server, with your own installation of the KoSIT validator, so no invoice is sent to an outside service.
