Do you receive invoices from Polish suppliers through the state invoicing system KSeF and see only Polish element names and codes? The eInvoice Viewer for KSeF shows every KSeF invoice as a readable document, with English or German field names, short explanations and codes in plain text.

It understands the current structure FA(3) and the previous structure FA(2) and recognizes them from the document itself. The invoice is read completely in your browser and sent nowhere.

What the Viewer for KSeF shows you

Header and tax totals
Number, date, currency and total amount sit at the top, the tax totals per rate as a table, only with the rates that carry a value.
Flags with an explanation
Set flags such as split payment or margin taxation appear at the top with an explaining sentence; you can expand all others.
Lines and attachment
The lines appear as a table, every further field expands below. The attachment shows lists, texts and tables and offers embedded files for saving.
The KSeF number
If the file name carries the KSeF number the way KSeF names downloaded invoices, the viewer shows it.
Nothing gets lost
Every value of the file is shown. Whatever the field catalog does not know appears with its path under “Not in the catalog”. On request the viewer shows the original Polish name of every field.
Three languages
The interface comes in English, German and French, the field names in English and German.

Who the viewer is for

For everyone who receives or processes KSeF invoices and must understand them without knowing Polish: accounts payable with Polish suppliers, tax advisers, software houses and integrators. The viewer stands on its own and needs no other package.

App and plugin

As an app without installation, as a plugin with the functions of your website

The app is a folder that you unpack and open with a double click, on your computer, on a network drive or on your intranet. It needs no server and, by default, loads nothing from the internet.

The WordPress plugin shows the same viewer on a page of your website with the shortcode [spks_ksef_viewer]. Both forms carry the same version number, currently 1.0.0.

What the viewer deliberately does not do

It does not check the invoice against the rules of KSeF and does not say whether KSeF would accept it.
It creates no invoices and sends nothing to KSeF.
It does not read ZUGFeRD, XRechnung or Peppol invoices; that is what the eInvoice Viewer for PEPPOL & EN16931 is for.
It does not read the structure FA(1), replaced in 2023, and does not check signatures.
It stores nothing.
