Try the Exporter: the e-invoice as an Excel sheet

This demo shows the free eInvoice Viewer together with exactly one add-on, the Exporter. Open an e-invoice and the button “Export to Excel” appears in the toolbar. One click gives you an Excel file in which every field of EN 16931 has its fixed place.

All other add-ons are switched off on this page, so you see exactly what the Exporter adds to the viewer.

How to try it

  1. Drag an e-invoice in XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, Factur-X or PEPPOL BIS format into the area below, or choose the file.
  2. The viewer shows the invoice. The toolbar now contains “Export to Excel”.
  3. Click it. Your browser downloads an .xlsx file; every invoice line appears as a block of its own.
