Don’t miss what the core profile leaves out

The free eInvoice Viewer shows the core of EN 16931, the European standard for e-invoices. Many invoices carry more than that core, because they use the EXTENDED profile of ZUGFeRD and Factur-X: further parties, packaging quantities, included products, discount and interest terms and much more. eInvoice Viewer — Extended Profiles makes these details visible, so you see everything your supplier actually sent.

To our knowledge, Extended Profiles is the only tool that shows the complete field list of the extensions ZUGFeRD/Factur-X EXTENDED and EXTENDED-CTC-FR.

What makes it special

• Every field in its place. The add-on knows 715 fields and 93 groups of the extension, 215 of them at line level. Each field appears in the card it belongs to, for example the department of the ship-to party in the delivery details, and that applies within every invoice line too. What you get: you read an EXTENDED invoice like any other, without searching through extra lists.
• Only what is filled. The switch “Only filled BT-X fields” hides empty fields of the extension; switch it off to see all of them. Hovering over a field shows its BT-X identifier and name. What you get: a clear view, with the full detail one click away.
• One add-on for the whole suite. Extended Profiles also supplies its fields and rule texts to the other tools: the Validation Explorers and the validators for KoSIT, Mustang and VAMPIRE explain findings on EXTENDED rules in plain language and show the field value, and Technical Details lists the extension fields in its field and rule browsers. What you get: you buy the extension once and every tool understands it.

What’s included

• The WordPress plugin as a ZIP file, with a manual in German and English.
• The add-on for the viewer app is a separate download.

Requirements

• WordPress 5.8 or later and PHP 8.2 or later.
• The free eInvoice Viewer for PEPPOL & EN16931, installed and active; version 2.35.0 or later to show the fields in their place and to use the switch “Only filled BT-X fields”.
• In the apps: the viewer app or one of the explorer apps instead of WordPress.
