Live demo · Inbound Check

Try the Inbound Check: is this invoice really meant for you?

This demo shows the free eInvoice Viewer together with exactly one add-on, the Inbound Check. After you open an e-invoice, the toolbar shows the inbound check button. One click checks the invoice and tells you in plain sentences what stands out before you pay, for example missing details required for VAT.

On your own website you store your company data and your supplier list; the Inbound Check then also compares recipient company, account and payee. This demo page holds no company data, so it reports that first. All other add-ons are switched off.

How to try it

  1. Drag an e-invoice in XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, Factur-X or PEPPOL BIS format into the area below.
  2. Click the inbound check button in the toolbar.
  3. Read the findings in the inbound check tab: errors and warnings appear with the affected field.
