eInvoice Inbound is in development. It builds on the eInvoice Viewer, which you can already use for free today.

What eInvoice Inbound is planned to do for you

Receive and recognise

It accepts XML and PDF files, also as a pair, recognises format and profile and tells you honestly when an attachment is not an e-invoice.

Show it readably

The invoice appears as a clear document, even if it consists of XML data only. You can print it or save it as a PDF.

Check immediately

As soon as you open it, it checks the mandatory details and spots duplicate invoices without you clicking anything.

Secure the bank details

With the supplier list it compares the bank details with the known accounts before you pay.

Pass on or reject

You pass a valid invoice on to your tax adviser and return a faulty one to the supplier.

From mailbox and folder

Besides drag and drop, it is planned to watch an inbox folder and read invoices from your mailbox with the Desktop Bridge.
