eInvoice Viewer – KoSIT Validator as a one-file app.

A one-file app is a single HTML file. You open it in your browser, without installation, without a server and without an account. The invoice you drop into it is read in your browser and is not uploaded.

This demo is the website edition. It checks your own invoices within a daily limit; the sample files included always work.

What is inside this one-file app

How to try it

  1. Click “Start the demo”. The one-file app opens in a new window.
  2. Drop an e-invoice into it: XML (XRechnung, Peppol, CII, UBL) or a PDF with an embedded invoice (ZUGFeRD, Factur-X). If you have none at hand, use one of our sample invoices.
  3. The app shows the invoice right away and offers the functions of the extensions in the toolbar and in tabs of their own.

To validate with the KoSIT validator or with Mustang, the app needs the Validator Bridge on your computer. Without it, the app shows the invoice and names what is missing for the validation.


Good to know

  • The paid edition has no daily limit and no branding of our website. You get it in the shop as a ZIP with the one-file app and the add-on files.
  • You can pass a one-file app on by e-mail, put it on a USB stick or copy it to a network drive.
  • If you need roles, daily limits and storage, use the WordPress plugins.
