eInvoice Outbound is the counterpart of eInvoice Inbound. Small businesses use it to write their own invoices, with number ranges, customers, items and templates, and output them as XRechnung or ZUGFeRD.

Status

eInvoice Outbound is in development. Until then you can check your own invoices with the bundles for outgoing invoices.

Planned features

What eInvoice Outbound is planned to do for you

Number ranges

Invoice numbers are assigned without gaps, with a pattern for each document type, for example RE-2027-00042.

Customers and items

You set up customers with address, VAT ID and Leitweg-ID, and items with unit, price and tax rate once, and import them from a CSV file if you like.

Templates

Your company details, bank details, payment terms and standard notes, such as the small-business clause, are kept in a template.

Check before finalising

Every invoice is checked before it is finalised. Findings appear right at the field concerned.

Output as XRechnung or ZUGFeRD

The invoice is created as XML or as a ZUGFeRD PDF in the layout you choose.

Send

You send the invoice via your computer’s share dialog or directly by e-mail with the Desktop Bridge.

The small business

It writes a few invoices every month and does not want large invoicing software for that. eInvoice Outbound keeps the numbers and creates the e-invoice.

The tradesman with public-sector customers

For invoices to public authorities he needs an XRechnung with a Leitweg-ID and wants to be sure it is accepted.

The freelancer

They write invoices in Word today and will need e-invoices for business customers from 2027 or 2028.
