The Outlook add-in brings incoming-invoice checking into your mailbox. A pane next to the e-mail reads the attachments itself, shows the invoice readably and tells you whether it is a valid e-invoice.

Status

The Outlook add-in is being prepared for Microsoft’s add-in directory. It requires Outlook with a Microsoft mailbox, above all Microsoft 365.

You open an e-mail and the pane next to it finds the e-invoice in the attachment.

Shows it readably

The invoice appears as a document, even if it consists of XML data only.

Checks

It checks the invoice and explains in full sentences what it notices.

Secures the bank details

With the supplier list it compares the bank details with the known accounts.
